By subscribing to the Eyes Wide Blueprint, I acknowledge and understand that engaging in physical activities, including but not limited to training for climbing, outdoor activities, and related exercises, inherently involves risks. These activities may result in injury, illness, or even death, and such risks may be caused by the actions, omissions, or negligence of myself, others, or third parties. I understand that it is my responsibility to assess my own physical condition and to consult with a healthcare provider before participating in any strenuous physical activities.

I recognize that Eyes Wide Climbing (the "Company"), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and any associated individuals, are not responsible for any injury, harm, or loss that may occur as a result of my participation in the training plan or any related activities. I voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with engaging in physical exercise and climbing activities. I agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided, including any suggestions or limitations outlined in the training materials.

I affirm that I am physically capable of participating in the activities outlined in the Eyes Wide Blueprint and that I have disclosed any pre-existing medical conditions, limitations, or injuries that may affect my ability to safely participate. I agree that it is my responsibility to modify the exercises or activities as necessary to accommodate my personal fitness level and medical conditions.

I fully understand that the Eyes Wide Blueprint and related activities do not guarantee the avoidance of injury or illness. While the Company aims to provide useful information and guidance, there are no guarantees that the training will prevent injuries or health issues. I understand that it is my responsibility to monitor my own health and wellness during participation in the training program and to cease any activities that cause discomfort, pain, or distress.

In consideration of being granted access to the Eyes Wide Blueprint, I hereby release and hold harmless Eyes Wide Climbing and all related individuals or entities from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action that may arise from my participation in the training plan or any related activity, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death. This release of liability applies whether the injuries or damages are caused by my own actions, the actions of others, or the negligence or fault of the Company or its agents.

I acknowledge that this waiver, release, and assumption of risk is binding upon me, my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I further acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the activities outlined in the training plan, and that I have had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the potential risks involved.

By proceeding with the training plan and accessing the materials, I affirm that I have read and understand the contents of this waiver and release of liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.

Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a full refund only if they contact us within 7 days of purchase and request a revision. One free revision will be provided to address concerns. If the revised guide still does not meet expectations, a full refund will be issued — provided the request falls within the 7-day window. Refunds requested outside this timeframe or without completing the revision step are not eligible.
